"I just got a baby albino snake for Christmas (already love it!) and I have a question. I read here that the snake will not do well in bright lighting, but that is the bulb the store gave me. My snake has a log 'house' that it can hide under. Is this fine? or should I switch out the light? Also, as of now I have the light positioned on the side of the tank (approx 30 gal). Should I have it further away? I also have a red light and was planning on using that at night because my house can get pretty cold. Any info would be nice. "
