"Hi, I have an Orlando Red Cap, he is white all over and has a large red mis shaped head. He is such a lovely fish. But lately he has been getting black spots all over him and just lays upside down at the bottom of his tank. His underneath looks swollen and is going black and orange. I removed him from the tank away from the other fish as they were biting him. I don't know what's wrong with him and would like some advice. Thanks"
