"I have had mine 20 years female she be 21 right now I have noticed behavior for years they dont burrow when hungry or aggressive they get on the tips of there legs like there on there tippy toes the only time the use or hide in logs are when they don't fill safe on there environment the hang out in the open and have a lower relaxed body they drink water by putting one foot in the water it travels up theleg to the'mouth' they will hunt in the daytime they are a ambush predator there eye sight not very good and are a more effective in day time hunting than at knight"
