My Daughter had a beautiful Teddy Bear Hamster, plus we have a very large part Black Lab part Newfoundland Dog. Our dog LOVED the Hamster so much that he would let him walk around on his back and they would sometimes sleep together. The hamster got sick and our Dog was the one that made sure we checked on him on a regular basis. Unfortunatly our beloved Hamsters did not pull through and our Dog was really upset he was not himself for days. Now we have a new Teddy Bear and we hope that they will become as good friends as the Dog and the first Hamster.

I know hamsters are so cute and sweet especially when they make friends with a different type of of pet.
My Hamsters made friends with a lizard that crawled into my room they've been friends ever since, they also eat mosquitos.

So I just got a sugar glider, I've had it for about 2 months... I've looked on the internet and can't find the answer to my question. I change its water every morning but every time I change it the water smells like throwup.. what does that mean? And does this happen to anyone?

My sweet little Sugar Bear loves half apple juice and half bottled water....sometimes her water bowl will smell a little in the mornings....I'm pretty sure it is just where she spits her food or the outer skin of her fruits, verges and glider chow in it....;)

this information is very helpful and has just made my want for guinea pigs grow even more! However I am unsure if I could get a big enough cage. I would probably have the largest plastic cage from a pet store and give the guinea pig at least 1 hour of running time a day. Another issue would be the amount of guineas I could have as this would probably be limited to 1.however I would spend lots of time with it and when I'm at school my mums home so she could keep it company.im just wondering other peoples opinions on this and if anyone has any good tips then I'm all ears.

Hi Brenda, I have a male squirrel that I raised sice he was 4 weeks old. He's super sweet. I am the only one that can handle him, he bites everyone else until today when he bit me. I've been told that male squirrels need to be neutered or they get mean. Have you had this experience?

I have a chinchilla, she loves to watch TV. She has a favorite show, Bunk'ed on Disney channel, which is really cool because that is my favorite show. she has a 3 layer cage, she likes to sit on the top layer and watch the TV. its so cute
