Servals shouldn't be pets. They're wild animals, they could hurt a person if they got angrey, or worst case sernario maybe even eat a small person ex. baby. I'm not exactly sure. But my point is servals are wild animals and don't belong in our homes. The same goes for other big cats and other wild animals, they don't belong in our homes and our neighbor hoods!

whats the diff between owning a wild animal or a dog, a dog could easily kill a person, but they dont because they are taimed from infancy , if u get a baby servel it will grow up taimed. there is no difference. "domestic animals" are not "domestic" when they r first born, they are trained.

Are you a member of PETA? Because you sound like a far left-goof ball. A Serval is a medium sized cat that eats small Rodents. Instead of worrying about a cat that stands 20 inches tall eating babies you should be worrying about our border control and dirt bag criminals being released daily from jail that are repeat offenders of aggravated charges.

yes you are not exactly sure so educate yourself and lose the ignorance. and then tell BCR they are full of it

I have two and literally, one is evil. You can't walk past her without her trying to attack you. How can I change that?

Hi Jordan, Lilith used to do that as well. She's just playing. I explained in a respectful manner, without being condescending, that it hurt and showed her the blood. Took a year or so, these days she still attacks, but hasn't broken skin for years now. Maybe the first layer, but she pulls back when she feels that happen.

My family is very interested in making a tonkinese addition to our family. I have many questions. Do you have any females available? If so, how old are they? Do you have pictures? Where are you located? And how much do they cost? I appreciate your time.

I saw ad in paper about someone selling Bengals at $100. I called and went out to his place where he had a barn full of cats in cages. He had lots of cats and kittens they all appeared to be Bengals. He showed me 2 female kittens and the older female kitten for $100. They all seemed skittish and not friendly. He said they would get friendly as they were handled more often. Then I saw a white kitten and asked to hold it. He was a pale white male with beautiful blue eyes and pale spots on his back. When I held him he started purring and never stopped and stayed in my arms and never tried to leave. I knew he belonged to me. I bought him and called him Ram Z. When I was at the store getting food and litter I called the breeder to ask him what food he was feeding but he never answered my call or messages which made me wonder who he really was. He is from Michicot, WI. Does anyone know about him and his cats? I love my cat but wonder who he is and if he is honest?

Something sounds real strange there.  The kittens should be friendly and i don't know if you saw Bengals.  You might think about calling Animal Control, checking to see if he is licensed.  You can ask them about the conditions as real suspicious sounding.

I purchased an African Serval cat and I cannot handle her need levels with work and two kids. She is not nurtured but is up to date on all shots, and is micro chipped and is litter box trained. I’ll provide weeks worth of food, toys, leash, harness. She is 12 weeks old and is very loving and talkative. She just requires a lot of attention. She has been around kids, cats and dogs. Serious inquires only and previous animal experience is a must. I will only sell to those that can legally own her. Please call 231.373.6777 I’m in NC

We need some help. Our male orange/white cat will be 17 years old in March. He's been a wonderful cat but the last two months he has stopped cleaning himself. So, we bathe him in a tub of nice warm water, blow dry his fur, and he doesn't mind this. He is not very active because of his age. The problem is that he leans over his bed in the front and the white fur has become stained from the dry food. He has always drank water by dipping his paw into the water dish and licking that paw. His front paws are stained dark brown from his dry food as well. We cannot get the stains out and wonder if anybody can give us ideas to use during his bath. Thank you
