marc - 2011-11-23 Ok the favia wow,so many twists turns and they colors are unique,this coral under a 20k metal halide looks awesome,my favorite thing to watch is how the coral acts when you feed the tank. This coral actually smells the juices of the mysis shrimp or clams and it sends out really long sweeper tentacles to capture food,inside each maze circle is a mouth and it has no problem opening its mouth to intake what it catches in its tentacles. Don't place corals within 6 inches of it either due to the fact that them sweeper tentacles pack a potent sting. This coral grows very well on the sand.
