"I have a female and male zebra finch. (Fred and Wilma) I've had them now for almost 5 months and Wilma has had 4 clutches. All four times her clutches have never hatched and I'm starting to wonder what I'm doing wrong. The first clutch they ate their eggs but all the other times all eggs she laid were in their nest but never hatched? She does sit on them the whole time? But can't figure out what I'm doing wrong? Its like she knows when it's time for them to hatch because exactly 2 weeks from the day she laid the last egg she comes out of the nest and stays out for longer periods of times... and then they start to mate again....really don't know what is going on?"
