"My guinea pig, Krauser, was supposed to be male but ended up having pups. Courtesy of Monroeville Petsmart. I didn't even know until I found one sitting outside of the cage. Be careful, some cages don't have small enough spaces between bars and the babies can get out. Until they are 3 or 4 weeks old they are small enough to get out. Also check the pig yourself before you buy it! I learned that! Push lightly near where their genitals are. Nothing means it's a girl, something pops out means it's a boy."
