I have found a baby raccoon and it is paralyzed for the waist down because it got hit by a car. I have looked around and there is no one that is willing to take this poor baby without putting it down. I can't take it to someone when I know that they don't know what they are doing and won't take the time to look after this poor raccoon. It still plays, eats, and produces urnine and poop. We have put a diaper on him because he can't control when he goes. we are worried becuase he drags his body around and we are afraid of him getting an infection. It is still a descrutive coonie so we don't know what to do with it. If we release it, it will probably get eaten or killed by another animal or hit again by a car. I know I have asked several times but WHAT DO I DO?

Sorry you had to ask several times. I would take him to a vet and get an opinion on whether he can possibly get better or if it is best to put him down. Like you say, releasing him into the wild is not really an option. If you can't afford a vet, call the fish and wildlife department and ask them if they can help.

I don't think that he can get better, but other than his back legs not working he is doing great. I can't take him to a vet either because in Ohio we are not allowed to take care of a wild animal unless we are licensed and I really don't want to take it to them anyways because they will put him down because they don't have the time to take of him. I really just need to know what to do with him outside other than put him in a cage and forget about him.

Well... what can I say. I guess Im not sure what you are asking. It will take a little more effort to take care of him, and outside he will need constant supervision or like you say, put in a cage to protect him from other animals or getting run over again. It would be better to put him down rather than turn him loose outside or put him in a cage "and forget about him".
