Enjoy!

Aiden is almost a year old. He's a quirky fellow of 24lbs and really is in the limelight around my neighborhood. While he doesn't like strange people messing with him hands-on, he enjoys showing off. He came to me at 10 months old after being advertized as a meat rabbit. Of course he entered my life and home as a pet.

Ibimi was being given away by her owner because she was "too big". At the time I couldn't see how a dutch rabbit could be too big, but obesity was her problem, not her overall breed size. Because of her obesity she has been featured in an online article written by ARBA Judge Pam Nock. Sadly, Ibimi has several liver problems at this point in her life due to her previous (lack of proper) care.

Onion is my floppy rabbit. Very chilled, laid back an sweet. I was given Onion after one of my dogs passed away. She was a well meant gift from a dear friend.

Genelle is my "brownie". She shadows me everywhere, enjoys life to the fullest - and was the only survivor of a dog attack on some rabbits hutches my (former) neighbors had.

Ansel is a brat-bunny. She is pretty, but when adopted she was more than half wild with a mean streak a mile wide. She has calmed down a lot but she isn't one that likes to be handled often, and she enjoys life on her own terms!

Trinket is almost 4 years old. She's larger than an average Papillon but very sweet, playful and full of love for all people and animals alike. She honestly doesn't know a stranger. We don't compete in agility but she has a home course/setup and absolutely loves it!

Jack is a spoiled boy, a total snug-bug that loves people though he can be shy at first. He likes other animals but is a little more reserved when first meeting them. He is almost 8 months old.

Sam is a big cat (or so say the people who first meet him)! He's about 7 years old and was left behind as a kitten when his owners sold their house (the house I'm in now).

Raven came in to animal control (she can be seen on youtube under "who threw this beautifull kitten out) very broken and uncomfortable after being thrown out of a moving car. The police were called by several concerned people and they brought her to Animal Control.

Fizzle was "dumped" on me by a coworker. They had an unwanted litter of kittens and planned on keeping Fizzle but in the end backed out... She is pretty common looking but because her attitude is so very loving she's beautiful in my eyes. I often call her "monkey butt" because she was born with no tail.

Simon is another Animal Control cat (he can be seen on youtube under "blind cat tries to steal eyeballs) that I fell for the moment he came in. Some local people bought some long vacant property and they weren't prepared for the ammount of feral and stray cats that were overrunning the area. One of the kittens they caught and brough in was Simon... who was born with no eyeballs. The majority of the cats brought in by the people were siamese and persian mixes (or purebreeds) leading us to belive the overpopulation problem began with some abandoned house pets when the former owners moved away.

Dinosaur is a Pleco - he's probably 7" long and LOVES treats of cucumber slices.

HazMat is a 3 year old aquatic turtle that has three legs. I don't know his circumstances before I got him, but he's happy, healthy and thriving. I'm not new to chelonians though my brother "took custody" of my others when he purchased his first home. Considering most of them were shared by both of us while we were growing up, once he felt he was ready, my brother was very enthusiastic about taking them in.

You have some really great pets! My uncle loves Rabbits, and is obsessed with them. But for now he only has two. One is a flop rabbit, and one is d Dutch rabbit. He rescued them both. I have recently got a Guinea Pig,that we named Panda, because of it's coloration. Well just one more thing to say welcome to the forum.

I guess you could say you like pets and animals? Haa! I really enjoy checking out your photos, I have to admit, Jack as a puppy really stands out in the world of cute. What kind of dog is he? All your other pets are soo cool too! I need to fix the blog too, you are the first one to use it and Im having problems leaving replies. Thanks for posting your menagerie... or should I call it a zoo! Oh yeah!
