Colt Coral
The colt coral has until recently was called Cladiella, which is a similar genus. Indeed, in some cases, the distinction can only be determined by microscopic examination. They are very hardy in the aquarium and can be propagated by cutting small branches. The coral pictured above split shortly after arriving and is now actually two corals. More information see the The Colt coral is slimy to the touch, has a single stalk at the base and is usually pale brown, dark brown, or gray.
