Here's what Tiff says about Duran Vegas:

"Here is Mufassa's best buddy. We got Duran from the highest kill shelter in the Nation in Las Vegas. She was severely underweight and malnourished. Now healthy and certifiably insane at 2 years old. At one point she had a chain that had grown into her neck. Her abuse was so severe she would try and bite us out of fear. Now she is pretty balanced but there are times when she is scared. (Like when Mom is trying to put her coat on.) We love her to death and would not know what to do without her around. She provides a lot of entrainment around here."
