Charlie Roche - 2012-04-23 Don't be confused, one is the color and the other the name. She is a Silver Havana Dutch and I am sure she is adorable. Also sometimes bunnies fur color will change slightly as they mature.

Charlie Roche - 2012-01-16 Just do the best you can think of to get it set up correctly. I like a space like the corner of a kitchen or laundry room if it leads to the rest of the home. Hutch with stairs or landing that comes out and a litter in the hutch and at the bottom of the hutch. I bet you a dollar you will get as much enjoyment from that bunny as she does. Enjoy.

Charlie Roche - 2011-04-01 They do growl. In most cases it is just a sound similar to a puppy playing. However, it can be an alert if he is moddy, not wanting to play or afraid of new people, which happens the more they bond with you. Have you read the article on Havana Rabbits on Animal World? There is some good insight there.

My black havana is 3 years old and his black fur is starting to turn reddish in some areas. What do I do to get rid of the red?
Is he an outside rabbit? That could just simply mean he is getting to much sun or needs a different type of food for his fur.

I think havanas are cute and nice my havana once bit me but after that she's really sweet.
