Roger Rabbit - 2010-07-02 I live in South Africa and paid 75 South African Rands which adds up to $10 - $15. Food and water isn't a problem. Avoid lettuce, broccoli and all veggies that causes gasses. They don't F@rt! My advice: "Buy an Angorian Rabbit ASAP!"
Emily - 2010-07-28 It depends what rabbitry you get it from. When I got my english angora w/ pedigree, I got it for $125. I got mine from lovleys lionheads. If you are in 4-H she might possibly give you a discount.
Ke - 2007-03-25 My angora is a very nasty little pest. I just got her and she does not like to be held, touched, looked at and all she wants is to eat and sleep.

Roger Rabbit - 2010-07-02 Spend time bonding with your Angora. It may take several weeks. Look up @ google "How to carry your Angora Rabbit". Give it treats every day(Not too much). When it starts rubbing it's chin against you, then he/she accepted you into it's life! They are wonderful. Spend time with yours. Give it time. ;-)
Barbara - 2010-09-18 Perhaps you need to try getting some advice on how to handle her. Just a little change can yield big results. Rabbits do not like to be picked up. Maybe she is afraid, and hides from you.
Melissa - 2011-07-07 I found a young Angora rabbit a few months ago and never found her owners, so I found her a new home and I received a call today that the new owner wants to give her back because she is not friendly to her. She also said that she goes to the bathroom in her hutch where she sleeps. Now, I don't know much about this bunny because I found her in front of my house. What advice can be given to me? She put her in a hutch that was used by her previous rabbit. Could that be a problem? Is she not spending enough time with her? Should she be kept inside rather than outside? Any advice would be very appreciated!

Charlie Roche - 2011-04-12 Angora rabits seem to have a big price fluctuation going from $50 to $150. If you are in England, it would be best to find a breeder there. Quarantine laws and shipping can make the most affordable pet totally unaffordable. If you can't find a breeder in England - try another type of rabbit. The Rex people seem to love.
Jenney - 2011-01-04 I live in yuba city, ca. I am terminal bone-cancer/system-lupus, I am a single mother w/no family in states. Roger Rabbit - 2010-07-02 Why wait? They cost +/- $15 and basic maintenance is very cheap. They are a pleasure, always. When your happy, sad, angry or just yourself. They can be trained to respond when his/her name is called, potty-trained and lots more. Go buy one ASAP! You won't regret it.

Roger Rabbit - 2010-07-02 Don't take this the wrong way:"If you had a Angora Rabbit as said in your comment then you are suppose to say that you are on your way to the petshop to choose a Rabbit, but you aren't. They are amazing pets as you already know. Get another ASAP!"

Roger Rabbit - 2010-07-02 I agree 100%!Angora Rabbits are small and their maximum adult weight is +/- 3 pounds. They don't fart which makes gassy foods very dangerous. My opinion is: "No Twizzlers, NO Human food!" ;-) Thanks a lot for your your concern!
Emily Skinner - 2008-03-02 I wish I had a rabbit! Everyone is so lucking to have a rabbit that loves you.

Roger Rabbit - 2010-07-02 Don't wait then! Go to your nearest animal shelter. I got one last Friday. They are lovable animals that need owners who care for them. I have 2 dogs 1 cat and 2 weird parents, that little bundle of joy is what keeps me alive every day. My advice to you: "Get one ASAP!"
